Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

Eligibility: Unused, unwashed products in original packaging.

Process:

Email [elena@loofah-eco.com] within 7 days of delivery.

Receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.

Ship items back with the RA code clearly labeled. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds: Issued within 5 business days after receiving the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, or customized products.

Final sale items (marked clearly on product pages).

3. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. To “exchange,” return the original item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
